We’re incredibly proud to share plans for a new residential subdivision in Ulverstone, recently featured in The Advocate. This multi million-dollar, two-stage development is a major project for us at 40|43 Developments, and one we’ve been working towards for some time.
We’ve only had a few short years in the development space, but opportunities like this don’t come around often. Being trusted and capable of bringing a project of this scale to life is a huge step for our team, and we’re genuinely excited to make it happen, with the support of fellow local developers, builders and contractors.
What’s planned
The proposed subdivision includes 27 residential lots, delivered across two carefully planned stages.
Each lot has been designed with knowledge of the area in mind, and our home designs will be too, maximising space, natural light and outlook. Each site also allows space for on-site car parking.
Built local. Built with purpose
The development will be overseen and project managed by our Sam Walters, who will work closely with local contractors and trades to deliver a quality outcomes and support the local economy. Sam will oversee the subdivision from start to finish, managing delivery across both stages. With the overall development possibly exceeding $5 million in land sales, this is a huge opportunity for everyone involved, as well as the local community.
We’re currently deep in the concept and design phase, exploring how each lot can be utilised to create a place people genuinely want to live.
